Official Rules

Deadline for all entries is November 23, 2018 by 5pm.; all entries must choose a category.

Drop Off: All entries can be dropped from November 27 – November 30 from noon to 4 p.m. at Country Meadows Bethlehem, 4011 Green Pond Rd, Bethlehem, PA 18020, Building #1 South Sun Porch (Flagpole Entrance). All entries will need to be picked up December 22, 2018.

Judging: Entries will be judged on December 5, 2018 by an outside community panel based on the following elements:

• Originality
• Appearance
• Spirit of Season
• Execute of category
• Use of materials creativity

Winners will be posted on our website and social media. Winners will be notified by postal mail or e-mail by December 11, 2018

Maximum size: All entries should be mounted on a 24 x 24 sturdy wood board. Please attach a 3×5 card on the base of your display with your name/group name and category any other details you may want to add.

Gingerbread Creations: Your creation must be your own creation and at least 50% Gingerbread. Everything visible must be edible, no wrappers or foils left on any candies. Non-visible supports are allowed. Royal icing holds up best for construction.
