Families Within Our Family

We are proud to have over 350 co-workers who are related and work together at Country Meadows, Ecumenical Retirement Community or Lifesong Hospice. As a family company, it’s so validating that these co-workers have chosen us not only for their own careers but have confidence and trust in us that they recommended us to their own family members.

Our Executive Chairman, Micheal Leader, recently said when reviewing the list of related co-workers, “This is truly amazing. It proves we are a family-friendly company right to our roots. I am grateful to every co-worker who recommended us to a loved one as a good place to work. We take very seriously our responsibility for making good on that promise.”
